At Tires 13, we want every child to have a safe, happy Halloween. It’s why we participate in the teal pumpkin program, so that kids with food allergies can still enjoy Halloween.
This unique program reminds us that some children have food allergies, which means they may not be able to eat candy. The teal pumpkin project was founded by the efforts of a Tennessee mother who wanted her children with food allergies to be able to participate in the childhood tradition of Trick-Or-Treating.
Participating in the teal pumpkin program is fun and easy.

Teal Pumpkin Project
We want every child to participate in Halloween activities this year. We support all children with food allergies. We participate in this program to bring awareness to food allergies, in loving memory of our friend Joseph DeNicola, a little boy who tragically passed away at the age of 7 due to an allergic reaction.
